Operators’ demand for research on building safety issues is moving towards a more meticulous quality of life than before. The internal equipment and external structure are expected to achieve better management quality through technological advancement. This also highlights the urgency of operation and maintenance evaluation and smart management. Based on the development of AIoT technology, this research uses focus groups and Fishpin multi-attribute model to summarize the influencing factors of building safety and environmental operation and maintenance management and concludes the most important elements.
