摘要

如何利用信息技术改善固体废物管理,已成为环境保护和资源保护的社会热点问题。本文以东莞市为研究区,探讨了城市垃圾管理系统的建设目标,设计了基于GIS的城市垃圾信息系统。该研究对推动我国固体废物管理改革,提高固体废物管理水平和效率具有重要意义。对其他环境管理信息系统具有一定的借鉴意义,也可作为国家实施环境管理信息系统的范例。这项研究将促进污染源改革,提高其管理水平和效率。
