There was a distinct increase in the resistance to lindane, trichlorfon and pyrethrins + PBO during the lost years. 本文综述了近15年来德意志民主共和国德国小蠊(Blattella germanica)对杀虫剂的抗性情况,并对今后的研究工作进行了总结。对在不同地点捕获并在实验室饲养的23只蜚蠊进行了对林丹、除虫菊酯+ PBO、敌百虫、敌敌畏和残杀威等我国常用杀虫剂的敏感性测定。采用鉴别剂量法检测耐药,采用沉积试验中的剂量-死亡率法测定耐药程度。我们没有发现任何对残杀威的抗性,但首次发现了对敌敌畏抗性较低的菌株。在失去的年份里,对林丹、敌百虫和除虫菊酯+ PBO的抗性明显增加。对所有拟除虫菊酯(氯氰菊酯、氟氯菊酯、氯氰菊酯、氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯、生物氯菊酯、生物丙烯菊酯)均表现出明显的群体抗性,但对其他杀虫剂无交叉抗性。
