摘要

本研究旨在探讨满意度、品牌形象及信任对会员卡顾客忠诚度的影响。本研究方法采用问卷数据收集技术,调查对象数据为100人。向受访者分发问卷的过程是在线和公开进行的。本研究中使用的这种研究抽样技术是有目的抽样。同时,对数据进行了效度和信度检验。在使用结构效度进行效度测试时。本研究借助智能PLS程序进行分析。分析结果表明,顾客满意变量对会员卡顾客忠诚度有显著的正向影响。同时,品牌形象对会员卡顾客忠诚具有负向且不显著的影响,变量顾客信任对会员卡顾客忠诚也具有负向且不显著的影响。
