摘要

本文提出以嵌入式处理器芯片ARM9-S3C2410和DSP-MCX314As运动控制芯片为核心,构建嵌入式网络化数控系统的硬件平台。建立了嵌入式网络化数控系统的软件结构,包括系统软件和用户软件。嵌入式Linux操作系统可以很好地处理多任务,满足运动控制的实时性和可靠性。最后介绍了基于嵌入式Web boa服务器实现网络化数控系统的原理。利用嵌入式技术开发网络化数控系统是今后数控系统发展的方向。它具有充分利用资源、系统紧凑、功能丰富、性能优越、成本较低等优点。
