Data collected through literature and document review was analysed using discriptions and narratives. The study findings revealed that using PPP projects provides a basis for promoting international relations among African countries before and during the COVID-19 pandemic. It was concluded that adopting PPP projects provides a basis for promoting international relations among African countries before and during the COVID-19 pandemic. It was recommended that African countries need to always use PPP projects to promote better international relations with one another if they are to effectively deal with the COVID-19 pandemic.
