There are many factors that affect the shaping of this process. The aim of this study is to examine some descriptive factors and family-related variables that affect the career anxiety of science high school students. The study group consists of 267 students from the first, second and third grades studying at Samsun Science High School. The findings obtained as a result of the study show that the career anxiety levels of female students are higher than that of males. At the same time, family interventions on students' career choices were found to have a partial effect on students' career anxiety.
