摘要

在钻井过程中,测井过程中存在沿钻铤直接传播的钻铤模式波,钻铤波会严重干扰接收到的地层波信息,目前在钻井仪器中广泛采用开槽法,对钻铤波的抑制效果明显。本文设计了一种新型的渐进式u型沟槽结构的隔声体来抑制钻铤波,本文采用理论分析和仿真方法对模型力学和声学两部分进行了研究。结果表明,均匀槽宽基本不影响钻铤的力学性能,槽深和梯度槽的组合槽宽参数会影响钻铤的力学性能。采用梯度U型槽结构的脉冲声源深度探测隔声装置,在保证钻铤机械强度的基础上,钻铤波的声波衰减大于均匀槽结构隔声体,即渐变U型槽结构隔声体具有更好的声学特性。
