摘要

近年来,风能和太阳能等可再生能源的发展迅速。然而,当产生的电能进入电力系统时,由于风电或太阳能的输出是随时变化的,因此涉及到由于电力供需不平衡而引起的频率波动。因此,本文提出了一种新的基于可再生能源的大集成电网的频率控制方法,假设在需求侧引入分布式电池。以电网侧发出的信号控制蓄电池为例,验证了信息通信技术特性对供需匹配的影响。
