摘要

本文致力于乌克兰高等技术教育机构培养学生-外国公民数学的特点。提出了若干教留学生数学的原则。提出了一套旨在培养学生一般文化能力和一般专业能力的教学要求。教学是一个初级阶段,有自己的特点,因为在短时间内,他们不仅要获得足够的数学理论和实践知识,并将其应用于解决专业问题,而且要建立自己的数学基础,形成充分参与HLS生活所需的沟通技巧和能力,并使用它来完成专业任务。
