摘要

本研究的目的是运用人的可靠性分析(HRA)方法,通过事后分析对海上事故中的人为错误进行定量评价。由于大多数海上事故是由人为错误引起的,因此确定哪些人为错误在海上事故中最重要是很重要的。在人为错误的定量评价中,我们采用了人为错误率预测技术(THERP)作为HRA方法之一。基于海上事故事件树分析的结果,进行了THERP。结果表明,将THERP应用于船舶事故人为失误分析是可行的。
