KM is an important means of utilizing existing knowledge into social, business, and economic benefits also investments for the government of a country. The purpose of this study is to determine how knowledge management has been implemented by the government in various countries so that it can become a knowledge adoption for the other country's governments in managing knowledge. For this purpose, a systematic literature review was conducted to summarize the use of knowledge management in various countries in the last 6 (six) years. From the literature, we found that the level of knowledge management implementation in various countries has many diversities, even though it has experienced a significant increase since 2015. The method that was used in this research is Systematic Literature Review. The researcher also found that the attention to knowledge management is still dominated by public service institutions.
