Likewise, job satisfaction is direct and significant on employee performance. In addition, the job satisfaction variable also partially mediates the effect of human capital and compensation on performance and the influence of work discipline on the performance of the employees for the Aceh Province Central Statistics Agency. 摘要

本研究的目的是考察人力资本、薪酬和工作纪律对亚齐省中央统计局员工绩效的影响,并确定工作满意度是否起到中介作用。所使用的数据是通过向亚齐省县中央统计局的200名雇员分发问卷获得的原始数据。本研究的数据分析技术采用结构方程模型(SEM),并通过Amos软件进行操作。结果表明,人力资本、薪酬和工作纪律能够提高员工的工作满意度和绩效。同样,工作满意度对员工绩效也有直接而重要的影响。此外,亚齐省中央统计局的工作满意度变量也部分中介人力资本和薪酬对绩效的影响,以及工作纪律对员工绩效的影响。本研究表明,人力资本在塑造政府雇员绩效方面的必要性
