To further enhance timeliness, hybrid pull-push mechanism of RMCSD is extended to cache the service contents of the most relevant service. However, given multiple service providers, there exists tradeoff between accuracy of information and overall response time perceived by the users. The vigilant design of proposed Autonomous Community Service Area Reconstruction Technology (ACS-ART) procures high assurance: provision of right service with least access time. 摘要
