In determining the competence of partnership pedagogy, we relied on cognitive, motivational-value, and practical-activity criteria. The role of a modern primary school teacher in the context of building his partnership with students and parents is outlined. The expediency of partnership with parents as important subjects of the educational process is emphasized.The pedagogy of partnership is substantiated as a factor in the formation of effective interaction of participants in the educational process based on the principles of pedagogy of partnership. 摘要

根据“新乌克兰学校”理念和小学教师的教学标准,揭示了合作教学能力的形成状况。本文旨在揭示小学教师伙伴教学能力的形成状况。在确定伙伴关系教学法的能力时,我们依赖于认知、动机价值和实践活动标准。本文概述了现代小学教师在与学生和家长建立伙伴关系的过程中所扮演的角色。强调与家长合作作为教育过程中重要主体的权宜之计。基于伙伴教育学的原则,伙伴教育学被证实是在教育过程中参与者之间形成有效互动的一个因素。提出了基于伙伴教学法的小学教师与教育过程参与者互动中伙伴教学法胜任力形成水平的研究结果。在现代学校中,教师、学生和家长平等参与教育过程,这是伙伴关系教学法最重要的本质特征。结论证实了新乌克兰学校的一项重要任务是教师和家长之间的伙伴关系互动的新形式,这可以定义儿童发展轨迹的共同愿景。所得结果将有助于调整小学教师伙伴教学法能力形成的过程。本文的现实意义在于其材料可用于普通教育机构教育过程的组织和小学教师培训。关键词:新乌克兰学派;能力;关系教育学;标准;指标;相互作用;教育过程的参与者。
