In parallel, advances in mathematic and computer science allow one to simulate such complex phenomena. Moreover, most methods need a global resolution of the system which makes it difficult to be created and modified. We proposed, in this study, a distributed approach by multiagent system (MAS), to simulate the MAPK pathway.
