摘要

基于行星齿轮箱状态监测实验平台,提出了一种基于小波算法、二维变分模态分解和中值滤波的磨粒在线监测图像信息有机算法。结合去噪算法,通过对磨损碎片图像的实验以及与其他算法的对比,证明本文算法对磨损碎片图像具有良好的去噪效果,保证图像的边缘和细节得到更好的视觉效果。
