The direct sinus lift procedure proved to be a viable treatment option for such conditions. Aim of the study: to evaluate the mineralized plasmatic matrix/xenograft mixture in sinus elevation surgery.\nMaterials and Methods: Eighteen patients were selected and randomly allocated into two groups; study group received a mineralized plasmatic matrix/xenograft mixture, while the control group received xenograft alone following sinus lifting.\nResults: The early wound healing index score showed a non-significant difference between both groups. Also, bone height was evaluated at the 6-month follow-up period, and there was a non-statistically significant difference. 摘要
