摘要目的:研究组织文化和工作环境对员工绩效的影响。研究方法:本研究使用的数据分析包括;数据质量检验、经典假设检验、多元回归分析和假设检验。本研究的参与者人数为PT的52名(员工)。Pusaka Ayu Bahari(南雅加达)使用偶然方法,应该在公司工作过。结果:本研究结果表明,组织文化和工作环境这两个自变量之间的关系对员工绩效存在显著的正偏影响,本研究的结果细节如下:组织文化对员工绩效有影响。工作环境对员工绩效有影响。
