摘要

本文提出了一种利用数字图像处理技术将光斑之间的位置变化转换为位移值的方法。考虑到精度和实际工程环境,利用工业激光源产生光斑,利用工业数码相机作为传感器采集目标微小位移的图像。将图像二值化作为一种数字图像处理技术应用于该算法,并利用最小二乘拟合实现图像信息到位移信息的转换。仿真实验和数据处理验证了该方法的有效性。
