摘要

风能具有随机性和间歇性的特性,因此风能的大规模并网会使电力系统稳态运行受到不同程度的干扰。风能的间歇性对电力系统的频率有直接的影响。本文基于序贯蒙特卡罗技术,利用等效负荷法、系统状态仿真技术和电力系统的频率特性,考虑稳态频率特性,对含风能发电系统进行可靠性评估。本文提出的方法应用于罗伊比林顿测试系统(RBTS)。结果表明,该方法既能反映风电对整个电力系统可靠性的贡献,也能反映风电波动对电力系统可靠性的负面影响。
