According to the criteria determined by the decision makers, each candidate was evaluated individually by the decision makers and the most suitable personnel were selected. During the evaluation, the decision makers expressed their views through linguistic terms. Thanks to the intuitionistic fuzzy sets, situations where decision makers are undecided have become meaningful. This decision making mechanism prepared for personnel selection may be utilized by any company that will select personnel and the criteria may be changed in accordance with the purpose of the company. 摘要

本文采用多准则决策方法之一的基于直觉模糊的TOPSIS方法,构建了一种人员选择决策机制。根据决策者确定的标准,由决策者对每个候选人进行单独评估,选择最合适的人员。在评价过程中,决策者通过语言术语表达了他们的观点。由于直觉模糊集,决策者犹豫不决的情况变得有意义。这一为人员选择准备的决策机制可以被任何公司使用,并且可以根据公司的目的改变标准。这一研究将会引起决策领域许多研究者的关注,并将会揭示出所需的应用领域。
