In this paper, a problem is proposed for stochastic scheduling of resources in order to minimize the related costs for different power sources in a microgrid in two operational modes of Grid-Connected and Islanding. The productive resources are distributed generation units (wind and PV powers), conventional thermal units, spinning and non-spinning reserves, and DR resources with high flexibility. The proposed model is formulated as Mixed Integer Linear Programming (MILP). To highlight the properties of the proposed model, and to illustrate the effectiveness of the model in the operational modes of the microgrid, the microgrid test system in the Davarzan area in Iran is employed. The simulation results also show the effectiveness of the DR program in supplying the network load and reducing the costs. 摘要

在具有智能系统的微电网中,风电、光伏发电等分布式发电资源以及需求响应资源的优化管理非常重要。本文提出了在并网和孤岛两种运行模式下,为使微电网中不同电源的相关成本最小而进行资源随机调度的问题。生产资源为分布式发电机组(风电、光伏)、常规火电机组、旋转和非旋转储备、灵活性高的DR资源。该模型被表述为混合整数线性规划(MILP)。为了突出所提模型的特性,并说明该模型在微网运行模式下的有效性,本文以伊朗Davarzan地区的微网测试系统为例进行了研究。仿真结果也表明了该方案在提供网络负载和降低成本方面的有效性。此外,ISO可以通过该模型在两种操作模式下有效地管理系统。
