摘要

随着人口的快速增长、城市化水平的不断提高和城乡居民收入的不断提高,中国的食品消费结构发生了巨大的变化,这将进一步深刻地影响中国未来的食品消费需求。本文基于系统动力学方法,建立了中国食品消费需求的预测模型FSD。FSD不仅有效地解决了传统模型普遍存在的数据缺乏、数据难以量化等问题,而且提高了整个系统的预测精度。根据预测结果,提出了政府的相关政策选择,以确保中国未来食品消费的安全。
