摘要

如何做出科学有效的应急决策是目前学术界的研究热点。本文将基于案例的推理方法应用于应急救援决策,为应急领导提供了一种科学有效的救援决策方法。设计了基于结构相似度和属性相似度的两层案例检索算法,有效克服了传统最近邻算法无法计算缺失值案例之间相似度的缺点。以案例检索算法在台风分析领域的应用为例,说明案例检索在应急援助决策中的实用性。
