摘要

张北项目是世界上第一个直流直流电网。该项目电压最高,容量最大。控制保护系统直接决定了直流直流电网的运行特性。这对提高直流系统的性能和保证直流电网的安全具有重要意义。研究了直流直流电网运行对控制保护系统的特殊要求,提出了张北工程控制保护系统的体系结构和功能配置。首先,针对直流电网的特点,系统地提出了几个关键的控制功能,包括变流器的启停控制和电网的启停控制等。并进行了相应的分析和研究。其次,系统地提出了直流电网的保护分区和重点保护功能。分别对极保护和阀保护进行了研究。提出了张北直流-高压直流电网控制保护系统的完整技术思路和设计方法。研究成果为工程控制和防护方案提供了技术依据。
