Then, we calculated reflection wave components that influence on charge density from the acoustic impedance and relative permittivity of the materials. As a result, it has been understood that the changes in the space charge distribution of EDLC and the charge characteristic of the EDLC are almost corresponding. The use of the PEA method can be expected as a method of evaluating the accumulation charge of EDLC by measuring the space charge distribution of it. In this paper, a polarized electrode is made to develop EDLC and a ratio of surface area and average pore diameter of polarized electrode is measured by nitrogen adsorption method at 77K. 摘要

自2002年以来,利用脉冲电声(PEA)方法研究了双电层储能电容器(EDLC)的空间电荷分布。研究发现,由于EDLC是由铝、纤维素和活性炭三种材料组成的五层结构,采用PEA方法测量EDLC的空间电荷分布时,声波的反射和穿透会影响测量结果。然后,根据材料的声阻抗和相对介电常数计算了影响电荷密度的反射波分量。结果表明,EDLC的空间电荷分布变化与EDLC的电荷特性几乎是对应的。PEA方法可以通过测量EDLC的空间电荷分布来评价EDLC的积累电荷。本文采用极化电极制备EDLC,并在77K温度下用氮吸附法测定极化电极的比表面积和平均孔径。讨论了EDLC的比表面积和平均孔径与空间电荷分布的关系。
