management tools of the concept of managing the development of the production-economic system of an aircraft engine building enterprise

The article presents the adoption of managerial decisions, the author proposed to take into account the limitations in the implementation of the considered concepts of lean production and responsive production. a cause-and-effect analysis of the existing problems of implementing lean manufacturing is presented. The developed concept for the development of the production and economic system of the enterprise on the principles of lean production of JSC Perm Plant Mashinostroitel is described.
