The paper identifies multiple factors that influence the success and failure of ICT from the literature. 30 studies which had full-text access were coded and analyzed in this study. The results reveal 4 dimensions and 31 critical factors for ICT implementation in developed countries. Investigating the Factors Influencing the Use of ICT in Education: A Content Analysis
This paper is to investigate which factors influence the implementation of ICT in education.
