摘要

本文研究了一个生产系统,该系统在一个重复系列中提供各种产品的固定混合物。该系统按照所谓的作业车间策略工作,即每个产品都有自己独立的工艺路线,不同的产品有不同的工艺路线。基于自己对经典作业车间批量调度问题的研究成果,提出了非交错和交错模式下的循环制造策略。所提出的方法与文献中已知的方法有很大的不同,并且由于较小的计算复杂度和更快的收敛到最优解而更加有利。基于图路径和问题的特殊特征,我们提出了一些新的性质,用于求解固定(给定)作业加工顺序的最小周期时间。
