摘要

供应商选择是采购中最重要的活动之一,它对企业的正常经营和利润有很大的影响。由于对国家电网正常运行的严格要求和配电网商品的多样性,合理的供应商管理比其他领域的要求更为重要。本文构建了配电网供应商选择的标准层次。为了客观地选择供应商,提出了一种FAHP集成TOPSIS方法。通过问卷调查得到各指标的权重,并通过数值算例说明模型的工作原理。
