After successful clinical treatment a decrease of the IL 1 level was found. 对32例牙菌斑相关性牙龈炎患者分别进行2周、4周的初始治疗，观察其对牙龈指数(GI)和龈沟液(SSF)中白细胞介素1 (IL - 1)含量的影响。临床治疗成功后发现IL - 1水平下降。本文讨论了龈沟液中IL - 1含量作为治疗控制的敏感参数的重要性。
[The influence of drug supported initial treatment on the content of interleukin 1 in the gingival sulcus fluid in patients with plaque associated gingivitis].
