摘要

迷你实验室食品安全计划是万隆市政府发起的智慧城市项目,采用协同治理机制。本研究对该项目自2016年实施以来的协同治理模式进行了考察。采用描述性定性方法,本研究得出两个结果。协作模型包括演员和角色描述、信任建立、沟通和承诺。建立了成本分析模型,对协作过程进行了详细描述。这个预算预测对于复制和进一步审查是有用的。
