Proposed antenna radiates in broadside direction in 2.42-2.65 GHz frequency range. The FR4 substrate of dielectric constant 4.4 with a thickness of 1.6mm is used to design the antenna. To feed the proposed antenna, a SIW to microstrip line transition is also designed. To make the SIW work as a leaky wave antenna, some slots are cut on the upper surface of metal plate of the SIW which causes leakage of wave from the upper edge of proposed SIW. Effect of varying the size of slots has also been analyzed. Design is supported by S-parameters graph, radiation patterns and current distribution. Designed antenna is fabricated and then tested using VNA. 摘要

本文设计了一种用于RFID应用的新型SIW基板集成漏波天线。所提出的天线在2.42 ~ 2.65 GHz频率范围内朝宽方向辐射。天线采用介电常数为4.4,厚度为1.6mm的FR4衬底设计。为了给天线供电,还设计了SIW到微带线的过渡。为了使SIW作为漏波天线工作,在SIW的金属板上表面开一些槽,使波从所提出的SIW的上边缘泄漏。分析了不同狭缝尺寸的影响。设计支持s参数图,辐射方向图和电流分布。设计的天线制作完成,并进行VNA测试。所得结果与实测结果吻合较好。
