摘要

在当今的场景中,随着对无噪声图像的需求不断增加,图像去噪领域的应用范围也越来越广。它是图像处理的一个重要分支。目前仍有几种方法在一定程度上成功地应用于无噪声图像检索,但仍有改进的机会。本文的目的是构造一种基于非局部均值滤波的有效方法,利用非局部均值滤波特性的稀疏性和多分辨率结构进行图像去噪。
