Theoretical derivation reveals that dimensionless pad pendulum angle depends on structural parameters, preload ratio and eccentricity ratio of the bearing, but is unrelated to viscosity of lubrication oil, shaft rotating speed and clearance. Numerical analysis shows that pad pendulum angle is determined by pad circumferential position, preload ratio and eccentricity ratio. Pad pendulum angle has significant influence on minimum oil film thickness. Pad pendulum angle maybe negative and leads to minimum oil film thickness greater than that of fixed pad. 摘要

以第四代核电机组屏蔽泵电机导轨轴承为研究对象,系统地研究了四块可倾垫轴承中垫块的摆动特性。理论推导表明,无量纲垫摆角取决于轴承的结构参数、预紧比和偏心比,而与润滑油粘度、轴转速和间隙无关。数值分析表明,垫块摆角由垫块周向位置、预紧比和偏心比决定。垫摆角度对最小油膜厚度有显著影响。垫摆角度可能为负,导致最小油膜厚度大于固定垫。研究结果为第四代核电机组屏蔽泵电机的安全运行提供了基础分析。
