Through reflexes, he built permissiveness for the realization of the altruistic act by these people, supported by international human rights law. Thus, bibliographical and documentary research was developed, using a hypothetical-deductive method, to unveil the importance of treaties for the international protection of human rights of individuals who do not conform to the heteronormative and cisgender standard, while at the same time analyzing compliance or not. this manifestation of the STF with the Chenery doctrine. In the end, it was glimpsed that the decision opened space for a more frequent application of international documents by the Government (which includes all constituted powers) in order to strengthen the protection of the human person. It was also found that the aforementioned judicial construction did not repel the Chenery doctrine, since it did not fall within its scope.
