摘要

在各行各业操作技术设备时,由于执行器的磨损和间隙的出现,出现了被控对象和控制系统性能特性降低的问题。本文提出了一种构造具有自动间隙补偿的技术对象控制系统的方法。该系统采用PID控制器,对输出信号随时间进行量化。这允许同时使用控制信号也作为测试信号来确定反弹的量。在控制系统中引入了齿隙块的参数辨识和校正,补偿了不可控齿隙的影响。
