摘要

本文介绍了一种胸膜液中癌细胞的显微图像处理和模糊识别方法。我们提出了一种方法,首先利用OTSU阈值分割法和模糊边缘检测对图像进行分割,然后提取核和细胞质面积率、光密度、形状因子等7个测量参数,最后利用基于建立6个隶属函数和4种规范模式的模糊模式识别对癌细胞进行识别。实验表明,该系统为癌症的诊断提供了有价值的建议。
