摘要

通过对城市环境系统污染模式的分析,建立交通环境承载力(TECC)的定量模型体系。此外,在回顾和分析交通容量研究现状的基础上,将城市交通容量分为macroUTC和microUTC,并基于TECC对前者进行了定量分析。最后,分别对TECC和macroUTC模型系统进行了定量和定性应用。应用结果表明,本文提出的模型系统能够有效地控制交通发展规模,寻求改善城市生态环境的适当途径,满足交通环境控制目标,最终实现城市交通的可持续发展。
