摘要

本文利用立式高纯铝定向凝固设备,对高纯铝生产过程中晶体生长特性、晶体生长条纹和旋转磁场对铸锭胞状晶体生长特性的影响进行了工业实验研究,并对生产工艺参数进行了优化。从而成功生产出纯度大于99.999%的5N大直径高纯铝锭。
