摘要

单环绝对式光电轴编码器的基本工作原理是使用发光二极管作为光源照亮编码器,同时使用线阵CCD作为光电信号接收装置和细分装置。因此单环绝对式编码器细分技术的本质是基于线阵CCD细分技术。提出了一种基于多项式插值法的线阵CCD细分算法。通过计算条码的中心得到准确的定位值,从而计算出被编码的光盘线的中心。由于编码器表征误差的存在,本文采用多线中心位置的平均运算,得到编码器中心线的精确定位。从而达到提高条码定位精度的目的,并能实现在工程应用中达到1”的精度。
