Data were tested using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the AMOS Graphics application. The results showed that there was an effect of product quality on customer satisfaction and there was an influence between price and product quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as a mediating variable. 摘要

环境友好型燃料是最近的优质商品之一,BBM Pertamax就是其中之一,可以减少空气污染。因此,本研究旨在检验价格、产品质量、顾客满意和顾客忠诚之间的影响。本研究的数据采用原始数据,向居住在爪哇岛的290名受访者分发问卷。然后,受访者的特征如下:1)使用BBM Pertamax两个轮子和四个轮子的客户,2)使用BBM Pertamax一到五年的客户,3)使用10:1到11:1压缩比的机动车。使用结构方程建模(SEM)和AMOS图形应用程序对数据进行测试。结果表明:产品质量对顾客满意存在影响,价格和产品质量之间通过顾客满意作为中介变量对顾客忠诚存在影响。但价格对顾客满意和顾客忠诚没有影响,产品质量对顾客忠诚也没有影响。
