摘要

提出了一种结合无功优化和电压稳定的双层规划模型。构造了一种基于遗传算法和模拟退火算法的混合算法来求解这一双层无功优化规划模型。将该算法应用于IEEE-30总线系统和IEEE-6总线系统的测试结果表明了算法的可行性和有效性。从而有效地解决了当前电力系统局部电压盲目调节的问题,同时调度中心也成功地调节和控制了母线和有功损耗的电压水平
