In order to illustrate our approach, a proof-of-concept was implemented.The resulting prototype is called a Location-based Content Utility Service Terminal (LoCUST) which consists of an application server, a database and a few test clients. LoCUST is an IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) Location Based Services(LBS) which is community driven.
