摘要

为了为实现抑制长度不匹配差分配对线的模式转换和电磁辐射的方法提供基础考虑,采用时域有限差分建模方法研究了不同电磁耦合的弯曲差分配对线的模式转换。结果表明,采用较薄介质衬底的差分配对线可以保持较窄的走线宽度,有利于提高SI性能和抑制电磁干扰。
