Made estimation of residence time of combustion products in the furnace, adiabatic, and average integral temperature in the zone of active combustion, the temperature at the outlet from the furnace at different modes of operation of power boiler to determine the possibility of the thermal loads. The important dependences of the temperature influence at the outlet of the combustion chamber on the share of radiation heat transfer and the level of absorption capacity of the combustion medium are determined. 摘要

本文介绍了对天然气照明燃烧石油焦锅炉bkz -75- 39fb的燃烧过程特点进行建模,得出了燃烧过程的工艺性能和环境性能的结果。对动力锅炉不同运行方式下,燃烧产物在炉膛内停留时间、绝热、活跃燃烧区平均积分温度、炉膛出口温度进行估算,确定热负荷的可能性。确定了燃烧室出口温度对辐射传热份额和燃烧介质吸收能力水平的重要依赖关系。研究结果可用于改进蒸汽锅炉燃烧石油焦的工艺,这在对发电系统能源和环境安全要求越来越高的情况下尤为重要。
