The virtual cutting motion simulation test of the disc rhizome cutter was carried out with ADAMS software. The movement of the single point on the knife is analyzed, and the movement law diagram of the displacement and trajectory of the single point of the knife is obtained. It is determined that the rotation of the blade can well cover the travel area to prevent missed cuts and reduce power loss. 摘要

根据大白菜收获机械的特点,利用SOLIDWORKS和仿真软件对其切割装置进行结构设计和仿真分析。对大白菜及其根茎的物理特性和种植状况进行了研究,设计了满足实际收获要求的切块装置。通过理论分析,对切刀的布置和受力进行了分析,设计了合理的双盘刀布置,保证了白菜根茎的有效夹紧和切断,提高了切切合格率。利用ADAMS软件对盘式根茎刀进行了虚拟切削运动仿真试验。对刀上单点的运动进行了分析,得到了刀上单点位移和轨迹的运动规律图。确定叶片的旋转可以很好地覆盖行程区域,以防止错过切割并减少功率损失。对切削装置进行正交试验,确定各因素对切削力的影响程度,得到最优的参数组合。
