Analysis of space coverage in far field UHF RFID systems
In this paper, a new method for analysis of space coverage in UHF RFID systems is presented. The method is based on EM modeling of tags and reader antennas in desired RFID environment and post-processing of near field data taking into account arbitrary positions and orientations of tags. The method is illustrated for a case when collection of objects pass through the concrete gateway using one to three reader antennas in “AND” and “OR” scenario.
