摘要

利用数字图像识别技术解决纺织企业织物疵点是近年来较新的研究热点。采用图像识别技术,通过对织物数字图像进行预处理和识别,测量织物疵点,存储相关信息,实现织物疵点检测的自动化,提高了疵点检测的效率。织物疵点检测系统主要包括三个部分:第一,织物图像采集、预处理部分。二是织物疵点的识别、测量和保管。控制机制自动完成缺陷定位和识别。仿真实验分析表明,图像处理算法所使用的时间能够满足实时检测的要求。
